For the under 40 mom, 1,000 milligrams of calcium each day is the recommended dose. Once you pass the age of 40, your daily requirement is upped to between 1,200 and 1,500 milligrams.</p>
<p>Women also need vitamin D. it enables calcium to do its job. Just step outside for your daily dose. Yes, you can get vitamin D from sunlight. If you are too busy for that, drink milk and ingesting other dietary products that is fortified with vitamin D. the daily recommended dose is between 400 and 800 milligrams if you are under 50 years of age. <p>The Beginning of Low-Carb Diet and  Diet Book. In the year 1850 there was a physician named as Doctor Harvey in the  country of England. He had a patient William Banting and he came there for the  treatment of obesity. At that time, the doctor advised the patient to reduce the  starches and sugars in his diet According to the diet he was asked to just take  the minimum amount of diet that was required for a day. This came to be the very  first low-carb diet .<br />
This plan of the doctor worked out very well and further  he also wrote a book on this topic of diet This book was then published and it  was given a name a Letter on Corpulence Addressed to the Public. This book was  also the first book on diet.</p>

<p>In 19th  century, Britain&#8217;s four time Prime Minister Willaim Gladstone had suggested a  theory according to which he suggested that food should be chewed 32 times  before actually swallowing it. This theory was actually supported by the  principle that can reduce ones appetite leading to weight loss .</p>
<p>Based  on the theory of Willaim he was given the title &#8220;Great Masticator named as  Horace Fletcher&#8221; . However, he took it a step higher as he advised that food  should be chewed until it became liquid in the mouth. Also one advice of his was  that coffee tea should not be drunk along with meat. He also suggested people  not to eat before they are hungry and they should have good  disposition</p>

<p>There was a chemist who was  called as Wilbur Atwater and he was the one who discovered the calorie value of  the food. After 20 years in 1918, this concept became important and its effect  was spread through the world. people said we must have a count of calories when  we eat food and this was actually suggested by a doctor named Lulu Hunt Peters  Since it was a scientific method of losing fat, people were enthusiastic about  it and it sold like pancakes</p>

<p>For the last five years, I have spent my time testing on the method I got aware I am able to maintain my body very slim for the past five years, thanks to the special discovery I made Yet, for the thirty years prior to that, I had struggled, unsuccessfully, to lose weight for more than brief periods.<br />
All the things have changed dramatically  I am able to sport better looks and moreover importantly my esteem and energy levels have increased drastically  What’s the reason that implemented this change?</p>

The fact that this problem is just not associated with the individual is the greatest tragedy  This problem is more severe since it cause problems to the future generations and also the family  In the future generation the children will inherit the weight problems just like lifestyle.</p>
